Sweet-Pittosporum-roadside
This is native to the Gippsland region, but in areas
outside its natural range, it can become quite aggressive
and smother out other plants, taking over
the understorey of bushland.
• Seeds spread by birds
• Has chemicals toxic to other plants, which
prevents growth around it
• Spreads quickly to invade bushland and overtake
understorey
• Shades out other plants
